Half share in beautiful mint tiny home

Want to co-own a tiny home in lovely Trout Lake, WA with me? My current co-owners aren't able to get there enough due to health stuff, and I'm looking for new co-owners to share this sweet getaway with. It's 90 min from Portland, OR, near many great hiking trails, snow parks for XC skiing & snowshoeing, places to ride (road & gravel), ice caves, lakes, Pahto (Mt. Adams), and a great venue for live music (Trout Lake Hall). It's in a private spot on 8 acres of wooded land on the White Salmon river owned by a rad couple who live there full time. The tiny house has water, electricity, heat & AC, two lofts each with a queen mattress, a tiny bedroom with a twin bed, kitchen, bathroom w/ shower, etc. it can sleep up to 5.
No Wi-Fi, limited cell coverage. It's a great place to unplug, unwind, and recharge. There's a buy in to own 1/2 + $375/month rent for the pad (includes utilities).
