Gorgeous Handmade 12' Wide Tiny Home OBO

this tiny house is completely handmade with rough Vermont pine lumber. it is roughly 240 sq ft, being 12x20ft. it has a full functioning kitchen, bathroom, living room, and bedroom. there is a Murphy bed built onto a platform that has the closet underneath. the bathroom is a 3ftx3ft round corner shower pan with reclaimed barn roof tin that has been treated to resist rust. the shelving in the bathroom is all handmade custom for the house. the bathroom comes with a ready to go natures head composting toilet with peat moss included. the living room has a built-in couch and it also has built-in storage below and behind it. there are two end tables on each side of the couch that fold down so that you can reach the storage area behind the couch. the living room, bathroom, and the kitchen have water-resistant vinyl flooring. the kitchen comes with a full-sized mini fridge that has a separate freezer.

it has a stand that it sits on that holds additional dry goods. the kitchen also comes with a toaster oven, a two-burner cook top, a 16 dry can good organizer, a 15x15 porcelain sink, and a detachable spray faucet. the counter top in the kitchen is handmade with a thick natural wood top with open shelving for storage and there are also large floating shelves with industrial pipe brackets. there are two pendant lights above the kitchen sink, track lights in the living room and above the bed, and dome light in the bathroom.

the house is completely insulated with the floor, walls, and ceiling being done. there is a metal roof and the outside of the house is treated with weather-resistant stain. there are 4 total double pained windows and a single wide double pained metal front door with another large window. the electric is completely wired and ready to be hooked up to another source. there is the main breaker box located behind the fridge. the water source is through insulated hoses that can be included with the house if you would like them. a water heater is also included.

the drains of the house run to the main runoff underneath the house. an infrared heater that heats the entire house will be included with the house as well. there is a cat house attached to the outside of the house that can be included if you want it, there is a cat door by the bed that leads out to it. there is also a shed that we have that we are willing to throw in. it is made completely of reclaimed pallets and has a workbench built on the inside.
