First and foremost I want to be clear the land the tiny is on is a leased property. It is about 3/4 acres, half gravel half grass, and partially wooded. The landlord is a wonderful older gentleman. He is very helpful and accommodating. He wants someone responsible, reliable, and long-term.
The monthly cost is $390 which includes your water and sewage.
All the other hookups are there as well, electricity, internet, etc.
The internet is super fast. Propane water heater.
The tiny is 3 years old, built by Homestead Tiny House Co. You can look up the specs on their website. The model is called Aspen.
The tiny is mobile and currently sitting on cinder blocks.
It has everything you need and I'm offering it as it is with everything in it and all the outdoor furnishing as well plus a shed for extra storage. The property has a neighbor on one side (a very friendly and kind couple) and complete privacy on the other side right next to the forest.
It has a gentle and very relaxing creek as well.
Truly, you only need to bring your toothbrush and your luggage.
I would consider including a full 1st. year paid land lease included for a serious buyer.
