We are selling our amazing little tiny home! The house is located in Louisville KY and we lived in it for about 3 years. The design and livability of the home are fantastic, it’s been lived in and will need an owner who is okay fixing things as they come up. This house was featured in Louisville magazine in 2016. We love this home and want it to find its next owners and be the blessing it was to us (we even brought our first baby home here!).

Exterior: We used paint and stain for the exterior and the stain hasn’t held up as well as we’d have liked. For the ultimate buyer, we’d recommend re-siding once it’s in its new home!

Moving Conditions:
You will be responsible for moving the tiny house - it is housed on I-joints now and will need to be moved with a trailer that is at least 8’6” x 28”.
Based on the home’s structure, would recommend not moving it super long distances.
We will work with you to get the house ready to move - the loft has 2’ of removable panels around the top that can lower the height of the house to legal road height then be out back in once it’s in place. This is no small task, which is why this is probably not a house that should be moved around much aside from transferring owners.
