this is a cheerful home built with a lot of love and care. Perfect for the era of social distancing
to reduce cabin fever!

Unfortunately, my travel plans and future is uncertain and hence, I can no longer work to complete
this labor of love. I lived in this for a winter while working on it and would love for you to make it a cozy home if it fits your needs.

29 Feet long Bus Conversion
This is a 1993 International bus converted as a home. The living area is about 29' in length but can be driven with a regular driver's license. (No commercial license necessary). I've never driven it though and it may need some mechanical work before it can be driven.

Zero/Low VOC Materials Used
The walls and the floors have additional insulation.  Only Zero-VOC/low-VOC materials and formaldehyde-free wood is used for excellent indoor air quality. Perfect for the chemically sensitive folks!

Good Storage Space
The kitchen has plenty of cabinets in addition to an L-shaped counter with propane stove, sink and space for a fridge. There is also a closet space and additional space to hang clothes in the back.

40000 BTU Propane Heater
The home has a40,000 BTU propane heater and the space is well-insulated and sealed while being breathable.

Minimal Work Needed
The electrical and plumbing was set up to be off-grid or on-grid but needs finishing touches. I used a 1.5kW solar converter but this will need to be checked and set up with a solar panel. A propane water heater is included but not yet installed. The floor needs an additional layer and as mentioned before, the bus is not driveable right now.

This *does not* come with land.
The bus cannot be immediately driven. It's best as an accommodation that's primarily parked.
