About
Willing to negotiate – I will consider reasonable cash offers!
My journey into Tiny Home living began during a transformative period in my life. Following my divorce, I found myself reevaluating my needs and priorities. Previously living in a spacious 2,800-square-foot Tiny Home, I realized that my son and I no longer needed such a vast amount of space. Inspired by the idea of minimalism and efficiency, I started researching tiny homes, drawn to the simplicity and financial freedom they offered. The more I learned, the more I felt a tiny home was the perfect solution for my new beginning.
My path to purchasing a tiny home took me to Florida, where I visited Cornerstone Tiny Homes. Seeing their craftsmanship in person solidified my decision. I loved the builder’s attention to detail and customer service, which made me feel supported throughout the process. After my initial visit, I quickly moved forward with designing my own tiny home, customizing it to fit my lifestyle. Within three months, my Tiny Home was built, and I officially transitioned into tiny living. The experience was not just about downsizing; it was about creating a space that truly felt like Tiny Home.
Living in my tiny home brought me an immense sense of happiness and fulfillment. Nestled on a stunning 17-acre property, I relished the connection to nature and the freedom my Tiny Home afforded me. I loved stepping outside to open land, being surrounded by animals, and forming a close friendship with my landlord. My dog thrived in the open space, and my family enjoyed the simplicity and serenity of our new lifestyle. It wasn’t just about having a Tiny Home; it was about having an experience—a lifestyle that felt peaceful, sustainable, and deeply rewarding.
When I decided to sell my tiny home, I knew it would be bittersweet. I wanted the next owner to experience the same joy I had. I envisioned an ideal buyer as someone who appreciated minimalism and had a beautiful piece of land to place the Tiny Home on. Whether it was a couple seeking a simpler life, a small family with a child who could enjoy the loft space, or even retirees looking for a downsized yet comfortable Tiny Home, I believed my tiny home could be a perfect match for the right person.
As a seller, I stand out because of my firsthand experience living in the Tiny Home. I understand the ins and outs of tiny living, from regulations to daily comforts. I have kept up with zoning laws and accessory dwelling unit (ADU) policies, ensuring potential buyers are informed about legal considerations. More than that, I am passionate about helping others transition into tiny home living. I genuinely want the buyer to love and cherish the Tiny Home as much as I do.
While life’s circumstances have led me to move on, I remain deeply connected to the tiny home community. I know that finding the right place for a tiny home can be challenging, but I encourage others to explore possibilities. To me, tiny living isn’t just about the space—it’s about freedom, sustainability, and making the most of every square foot. Selling my tiny home is an emotional step, but I am hopeful that someone else will embrace the lifestyle and find as much happiness in it as I have.

The perfect buyer for my Tiny Home would be someone who values minimalism, appreciates nature, and has a beautiful piece of land to place the Tiny Home on. Based on my experience, ideal buyers could include:
A Couple Looking to Downsize – A husband and wife seeking a simpler, more intentional lifestyle would be a great fit. The Tiny Home offers enough space for two people to live comfortably while reducing unnecessary possessions.
A Small Family with One Child – The loft space is suitable for a child, making the Tiny Home a good option for a couple with a young child who would enjoy the cozy upper area.
Retirees or Empty Nesters – An older couple wanting to downsize without sacrificing comfort could find the Tiny Home appealing. The ability to place it on a peaceful piece of land makes it an excellent retirement option.
Someone with a Love for Nature and Open Space – My favorite part of tiny living was being surrounded by 17 acres of land, walking outside to fresh air, and enjoying the serenity. The right buyer would likely share this appreciation for the outdoors.
A Homesteader or Off-Grid Enthusiast – Someone interested in homesteading, gardening, or sustainable living would thrive in this Tiny Home, especially if they have access to land where they can embrace a self-sufficient lifestyle.
A Traveler or Someone Open to Relocation – Since the Tiny Home is mobile, a buyer who wants the flexibility to move locations or travel with their Tiny Home could be a good fit. Even though I chose to keep it stationary, I recognize the possibility of relocating it.
The key factor is that the buyer must be open to the lifestyle change that comes with tiny living—embracing minimalism, appreciating smaller spaces, and making the most of the cozy yet functional Tiny Home.
