MAIN FEATURES
This is an 8 x 20 tiny house with an attached 8 x 14 deck that has detachable handrails. It has French doors separate from the steel doors, giving you both security and a nice entry look. The exterior has durable camo paint, and the roof has cool seal paint for added protection.

BATHROOM
The rear bath includes a full fiberglass shower, sink, vanity, toilet, and a one-of-a-kind custom vent fan. It’s a complete and functional setup in a compact space.

KITCHEN
The kitchen comes with a range, oven, sink, microwave, and refrigerator. It’s equipped to handle everyday cooking and longer stays without needing anything additional.

WATER SYSTEM
The two-way water system includes an inlet for city water and an inlet with a pump designed for a water tank in the back of a pickup. A tote tank is suggested for hauling water. There is also a built-in 12-volt battery system to run the water pump.

SLEEPING & INTERIOR
There are two new Murphy twin beds with new mattresses. Pillows, sheets, and covers are included. The Murphy beds fold up to give you more open space during the day. There is also room for an air mattress if needed.

HEATING, COOLING & POWER
A mini split AC unit is installed that cools, heats, and dehumidifies. The tiny house has a breaker box with outside plug-ins, lots of plug-ins inside, and a USB telephone charging port. A smart flat screen TV is also included.

EXTRA SPACE & STORAGE
You can park 4-wheelers, side by sides, or motorcycles inside, locked up and out of the weather. A black aluminum ladder is included. There is room and a designated place for two propane tanks.
