The entrance has a farmhouse front porch design and opens into the living area with a high ceiling, recessed lighting, and a ceiling fan with remote control. The natural cedar wood interior adds a warm touch and a pleasant aroma. White nickel gap ceilings accentuate the beautiful cottage design. The kitchen features a stainless steel double sink with cabinet space, a small coffee bar counter with cabinet, two-burner cooktop, efficiency size refrigerator with separate freezer compartment, microwave and a butcher block countertop that folds out for additional work space.

This well-designed layout maximizes the use of space with plenty of storage cubbies built into the loft stairs. The upper loft is large enough for a queen size mattress with space to move around, built in shelves and outlets with USB ports. The living area includes a removable custom-made bench with collapsible tabletops for eating or working on a laptop, and USB outlets underneath.
