Welcome to Mountain Haven Tiny House Village, a unique community nestled on 15 acres in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains near Floyd, Virginia.

We offer 50 parking spots for tiny homes, each equipped with water and electricity connections.

Our amenities include a community center, pavilion, fire pit, walking trails, and a ¾-acre fishing pond.

Starting April 1st, we have several spots becoming available; however, many have already been reserved. To secure your place in our community, we encourage you to apply promptly.

Residents enjoy cool summers at our 3,000-foot elevation, with access to nearby hiking and biking trails, breweries, wineries, and ski resorts.

Our one-year land lease agreements are approximately $575 per month, varying by lot size. Utilities such as water, sewer, trash, and internet are included, with electricity billed separately at $75 per month.

To maintain a safe and cohesive community, we require all residents to complete a criminal background check, credit check, and rental history verification. A minimum credit score of 600 is required, with no criminal history.
