Welcome to Mountain Haven Tiny House Village, a unique community nestled on 15 acres in the scenic Blue Ridge Mountains near Floyd, Virginia.

We offer 50 parking spots for tiny homes, each equipped with water and electricity connections.

Our amenities include a community center, pavilion, fire pit, walking trails, and a ¾-acre fishing pond.

Beginning August 15th, limited sites will be available in our community, and many are already reserved. To ensure your spot, we recommend applying as soon as possible.



Residents enjoy cool summers at our 3,000-foot elevation, with access to nearby hiking and biking trails, breweries, wineries, and ski resorts. Enjoy access to the pavilion, a fishing pond, and expansive open fields ideal for picnics. 50 amp service and high-speed internet ensuring a convenient and connected lifestyle in a peaceful setting.

Our one-year land lease agreements are approximately $575 per month, varying by lot size. Utilities such as water, sewer, electric, trash, mail service and internet are included at an affordable flat-rate of $75 to $100 per month (Tiny House Size Dependent).

To maintain a safe and cohesive community, we require all residents to complete a criminal background check, credit check, and rental history verification. A minimum credit score of 600 is required, with no criminal history.
