About
Non toxic, eco friendly tiny house prototype ready for a new home! Exceptionally made in Eugene, Oregon by a local contractor and designed by yours truly. French doors and window are local finds which gives it a cute rustic flare. Everything used in the making of this structure was researched to make sure no toxic materials were used (formaldehyde I’m looking at you). Fully insulated with Ecobatts (formaldehyde free), and a vapour barrier is installed between the insulation and indoor living space to make sure no particles are being breathed in.
I used only quality products and materials creating this living space. NO particle board was used, only REAL wood. The dimensions are 8’x12’, and 10’ at the highest point and 8’ at the lowest roof point which gives it the slanted lean to aesthetic. The dimensions are perfect for a loft as it’s most definitely tall enough and still gives you plenty of space on the bottom floor. This place would be a beautiful living space for someone chemically sensitive or is wanting to live sustainably in a place made without harmful products.
The interior walls need to be finished. I left them undone to let the person who purchases it to finish them as they wish. It is not wired and does not have plumbing.
The tiny house is sitting atop a pier block foundation and is ready to be relocated.
$6,000 OBO. I’m a motivated seller.
