10x20 Green Tiny House! Its perfect for a first time home or for someone who desires simple, cheap, low maintenance living with no house payment burden! Has a new hot water heater, new furnishings, and all decor is included. The plumbing and electrical work is 90% finished. Also comes with a new breaker box with exterior pig tail to simply plug up.

Comes with bathtub and toilet. NEVER BEEN LIVED IN! The small futon was purchased to go in the area by the bathroom for a child. There is plenty of room for a full-size sleeper sofa and trunks, shelves, etc for storage. Lots of nooks to create storage ideas and even a closet. Everything you see is included! It can be moved on a rollback.
