This is an awesome tiny house but double wide 2015 model. 2 possibly 3 bedroom 2 bath. 2x4 construction comes with appliances, propane heat (can be changed to natural gas) last winter only did $50 a month in gas it is very well insulated, thermal windows, Samsung washer and dryer, full size stove with self cleaning oven, full size fridge,100 amp service with power pole, tires are very good shape only 3 years old, pex piping thru out, floating hardwood floors thru out, loads of storage. one bedroom downstairs with full bath and shower, upstairs bedroom and a bathroom with small unique shower, also has another loft area can be bedroom area or just storage, has good sized kitchen and pantry area and nice big living room and a porch. comparatively this house is huge for a tiny home. This is what they consider a park model which say that it has no holding tanks it has to be hooked to a water source and a sewage dump source. this was purchased for a friend and was going to be sent to Alaska but they decided transport cost where to high so am selling it here it is ready for transport and will need some touch up when put back together. can be pulled with a 1 ton and can be set in place and ready to move into in an afternoon.
