The Farmhouse

The "Farmhouse" has been reduced $5,000!  This new tiny home was featured on HGTV Tiny House Hunters and is a blogging sensation for it's staircase at the rear of the house.  It is on a Trailermade trailer with 2, 7500# axles.  The exterior is wood siding and roof is standing seam galvanized metal.  It has 9 new tempered glass vinyl windows and Eco Temp tankless water heater.  The interior walls, ceiling and floor are sprayed with closed cell foam insulation. 

The included white kitchen appliances are:  4 burner propane stove with oven and exhaust fan, refrigerator/freezer.  It has granite countertops and special features of a farm sink and sliding barn door to the bathroom.  The bathroom has a 40 inch bathtub/shower with tile surround, sink and composting toilet.  The large sleeping loft has 44 inches of head room.  It also has a second loft that is big enough to fit a twin mattress.  It is wired for cable and satellite dish.  More picture on our website!
