This model features overlapped beveled cedar siding and trim with corrugated galvanized steel on the exterior. Also has a total of 3 insulated vinyl windows with a 32 inch exterior door. The roof is covered with #15 felt roof deck protection and a Pro-rib 50 year metal panel system. This model is completely insulated with R-13 fiberglass insulation. The wall and flooring were built with 2 x 3’s and the roof with 2 x 4’s.  The walls are wrapped with Tyvek HomeWrap and sheathing  is 3/8” plywood, sub floor ¾” plywood.  Most everything has been secured with glue and screws. Also for durability while in travel there are a total of 12 - ½” carriage bolts & 10 Lag screws to the frame.

The weight of this house is just less than 3000lbs, which makes it very easily towed by a SUV.

The interior offers 72 square feet of living space with a 20 square foot adjustable height loft (maximum weight capacity 400lbs). The flooring is a gray wood grain waterproof LVP. The bath room has a custom built tile shower pan with galvanized steel shower walls as well as a self-contained toilet. The table drops down converting into a bed. With lowering the loft this model can comfortably sleep 4 people. There is also ample storage under the seats and has a floor to ceiling closet.
