12'x24' Tiny House

Thank you for your interest in this tiny house! This home offers a kitchen, bathroom, loft living area and an enclosed storage area. The kitchen features white cabinets and electrical wiring for a 24" stove and a 24" refrigerator. The laundry area is wired and plumed for a stacked washer/dryer unit.

The bathroom has a 36" shower and wiring and plumbing for you to install a composting or flush toilet of your choice. An electric hot water heater and an electric wall heater are installed to make your living as comfortable as a large home.

This tiny home is built on skids. The price of this home is $24,500 as is sits on our sales lot. The home will need to be moved to your lot, we can help you arrange this.  All  site preparation, utility hookups, and permits if applicable are the responsibility of the new owner.
