Cute 89 Square Foot Tiny Home

89 Square foot tiny home on wheels. I built it myself and was very happy living in it for about 3 years but it's time for me to move on. It's still my baby, though, and I would really like it to go to a good home where it will be well taken care of.

It's built on a tandem axle 7,000 pound 8.5'x14' utility trailer. It has a cedar exterior, pine interior, douglas fir flooring, Dickinson Marine P-9000 propane fireplace, 6 gallon RV water heater and 2 burner propane stove. It's wired in 110 on two circuits (one outlet is on a dedicated circuit intended for a window AC).

It has connections on the back for a propane tank, standard extension cord and hose. It was built with a simple (loveable loo) composting toilet in the wet bath but that could potentially be upgraded. The loft holds a queen size mattress. Nine windows let in a ton of natural light and the woodsy cabin front porch will make it the cutest thing on your block! :)

It was not built with regular travel in mind but it is movable with a large pickup - weighs about 5,600 pounds empty. (tires are almost 10 years old)
