I built this tiny home in 2019 and it’s been a great, comfortable space for me. It’s thoughtfully laid out, easy to live in, and has all the essentials without feeling cramped. The home is fully furnished and ready for someone who wants a simple, efficient lifestyle with modern comforts. I’m happy to help coordinate delivery and answer any questions.

The home is currently on a trailer and will need to be moved. With RV-style hookups, placing it on a new site is straightforward.

Living & Sleeping
The main level includes a dedicated sleeping area that’s easy to access. There’s also a loft that comfortably fits a bed. Eight windows throughout the home bring in plenty of natural light and make the space feel open.

Kitchen
The kitchen is equipped with an electric stove, refrigerator, and dishwasher. Plywood cabinets and laminate countertops provide a clean, functional workspace for everyday cooking.

Bathroom
The bathroom includes a 5-foot standing shower, flushing toilet, sink, and mirror. An electric tankless water heater supplies hot water on demand.

Utilities & Systems
Heating and cooling are handled by a mini-split system, and the home is insulated with R15 insulation. RV-style water, sewer, and electrical hookups make setup simple. Washer and dryer hookups are installed (appliances not included). Electrical service supports both 30 and 50 amp connections.

Construction
The home features aluminum metal siding and is mounted on a single-axle trailer. Approximate weight is 6 tons. Plumbing is done with PVC and PEX.
