With over 30 years of homebuilding experience, this 8×12 tiny house is my fifth and favorite build—crafted with care, character, and a focus on practical, year-round comfort. Built in southern Ohio, this mobile unit is ideal as a guest house, private studio, creative space, or compact retreat.

Unlike mass-produced tiny homes, this is a one-of-a-kind structure designed and constructed by hand. I build these projects not just for a living, but for the love of designing small, efficient spaces that feel good to be in.
