Your forever tiny home sits upon a gooseneck trailer, which is 13 ½ feet in height, 37 feet long, 8 ½ feet wide, with three 8k pound axles, built with steel frame construction, insulated with Roxul in the floor and closed cell spray foam insulation in the walls and ceiling, which makes for a “tight” home. To keep the air fresh, there are a pair of very quiet, ductless, simple and highly efficient Lunos e2 heat recovery ventilation system air exchangers.

You will always have electricity! Power for the 5500W inverter is supplied by an array of twelve 300W solar panels atop the blue metal roof. Of course you always have the option of plugging into the grid. Also on the roof is a power operated skylight, complete with screen and power shade.

The front of the gooseneck trailer is supported by two heavy duty electric jacks. Under the gooseneck, sheltered from the weather, are the compressor for the mini-split AC/Heater (which was upgraded December 2020 from a 16 seer unit to a 22 seer unit with an inverter); two 30LB propane tanks; and dual-fuel generator to help top off the batteries on cloudy days.

The exterior is wrapped in easy maintenance metal siding with a wood grain look, which is energy efficient and will not fade or warp. On the side, under a 15 foot wide power awning, is a 6 foot by 6 foot piston operated deck allowing easy access to your tiny through a full view front door into the interior.

Once inside, you are met with a beautifully laid out functional floor plan design with attention to detail. The tongue and groove walls are covered in an attractive color palette of zero VOC paint. A 42” dual arm brushed nickel ceiling fan, with light, remote, and 2 independently adjustable fans, provides a pleasant air circulation. Soft warm white LED lighting throughout. Cellular shades adorn 10 Low-E insulated windows. Easy maintenance LifeProof vinyl flooring throughout – yes, it looks and feels just like real wood, without the up-keep!

The gorgeous kitchen has a ton of storage. Soft sage colored maple cabinets with soft close drawers and cabinets and custom hand painted knobs; glass tile back splash; white diamond quartz counter top with large farm style stainless steel sink with pull down faucet; dual burner denatured alcohol stove with oven; dedicated shelf for microwave oven; and a beautiful stainless steel fridge with dual freezer drawers. The butcher block kitchen table flips up for dining and can do double duty as a desk.

All knobs were hand painted to match the color palette of this tiny – no two are exactly alike!

Moving towards the back are two large matching storage bookshelves on either side of the custom steps taking you up to the lounge area. Here you can enjoy the views, watch a movie on your adjustable swivel flat screen TV, surf the web on your laptop, or just relax and read a book. The lounge seating area, which has under seat storage, converts to a bed which will easily accommodate two adults.

Beneath the lounge area is the basement, accessible from trap doors in the lounge area or through the outside door in the rear, which houses the solar system and batteries, as well as the 10 gallon water heater. The basement is insulated and has plenty of storage room for ladders, tools, and any other types of items you would like to store.

Off the kitchen towards the front, behind the barn door, is the spacious bathroom with beautiful exposed ceiling beams. Complete with glass enclosed tile shower, sink with double drawer vanity, recessed medicine cabinet, washer and dryer, flip up butcher block table for folding clothes, and a compost toilet. It is also plumbed and can be converted to a flush toilet.

Next to the bathroom is the stairway, with built-in storage. The stairway leads to the bedroom where you will have restful sleep on your queen size natural Talalay latex bed, which has tons of storage underneath. On the wall over the bed is a large 5 foot long group of cubbies for storage or display. Off the bedroom, and directly above the bathroom, is the meditation loft and closet. The closet has a bank of 9 drawers on one side, hanging closet and shoe cubbies on the other, and is accessed from the bedroom. There is also a storage cabinet on the backside of the shoe cubbies accessible from the top of the stairway.

This tiny even has a whole home water filtration system consisting of a sediment filter, charcoal filter, ceramic filter, iron filter, and one that filters out flouride and all the other adverse things in our drinking water. You can use a Berkey if you like, but you can drink the water directly from the faucets in this tiny! After filtering, the water is held in a huge 80 gallon tank until you need it and turn on the faucets.

A layer of protective EMF grade mesh was installed between the sub-floor and flooring. This, in combination with the metal siding and metal roof, provides a peaceful haven inside your tiny from electromagnetic fields.
