This has been a true labor of love. I invested over $80K into this custom build, fully intending to live in it, but life shifted and I purchased a home before moving in. I used it a few times for short local camping trips in 2024 to test systems, but it’s otherwise been lightly used.

Now I’m ready to pass it on to someone who wants to finish and enjoy a thoughtfully built tiny home motorhome, with most of the hard work already done.

It is not a turnkey tiny home, but it is also not a teardown. The heavy mechanical, structural, and systems work is complete. What remains is finish-level work, testing, and personalization.
