PLEASE READ BEFORE MAKING AN INQUIRY:

1. Land not included. Buyer responsible for transportation. Weight unknown, but it is very heavy.
2. Cash or pre-approved financing only. There will be no seller carry. No showings without proof of funds or loan in place.
3. I do not believe it has an RV certification.
4. There are no laundry machines in the house. It is better to have those in a shed near the house, though it would be simple to have a plumber add hookups if you want. Please do not reach out and ask me if it has laundry machines.
