The solid custom-built road-ready trailer and house meet DOT standards. The electrical hookup is 30 Amp campground style. Special features include a one-of-a-kind open staircase over the kitchen to the sleeping loft (holds an extra-large queen size), kitchen counters and built-in table finished with a special glossy treatment, original art on the outside and a hand-crafted wall mounted lamp in the loft.
Cooks will enjoy this compact kitchen with a 20-inch gas stove and oven, 7.4 cubic foot fridge and 2.7 cubic foot freezer, microwave, good size metal sink and plenty of cabinet space.
There are many electrical outlets, built-in ceiling lights, a built-in couch and flip-down butcher block table/desk, ceiling fan, and a window air conditioner.
The cabinet mounted electric heater [the size of a large book] provides ample warmth on a cold day thanks to insulation installed on every wall, ceiling and floor. The small fan on the composting toilet keeps the place smelling sweet.
