The Sunflower was custom built by HTH. It is 10ft wide. The kitchen is a fully furnished cooks dream with plenty of granite countertops to work from, a electric stove, refrigerator, big stainless steel sink, plenty of cabinet space and a pantry to hold all your groceries. In the living room there is a sleeper couch. In the dining area you have a hightop table for dining. The bathroom is not only beautiful but very spacious and functional with a flush toilet, walk-in tile shower with a built-in seat and a beautiful glass door, plenty of storage in the bathroom vanity and shelving unit. Best of all it has a stack unit washer dryer located in the bathroom. Above the bathroom you will find a spacious loft for storage or a 2 bedroom. The downstairs bedroom has a bed that will lift for additional storage for the items occasionally used. There is a small walk-in closet in your bedroom, with storage above the closet. You have a second door leading out to your personal porch for coffee in the morning.
