Custom built in Vancouver WA by experienced carpenters. Currently set up for on grid living. The home has a full kitchen with a propane four burner cooktop, oven, microwave, and large sink. Full bathroom with shower, vanity with sink and full size residential toilet. It also includes a high-capacity tankless water heater and washer/dryer all in one machine. The tiny home comes with large propane tank that will run your gas cooktop and tankless water heater for a few months without having to refill. Privately built so is not tiny home certified.
