This 8.5'X20' tiny home was built to handle weather in Fairbanks Alaska. The shell of the home consists of Pacific Homes Smart Walls. The walls are 2X6 R22 and the roof is 2X10 R36 insulation ratings. The inside focuses on reclaimed wood, from the pallet wood ceilings to the hardwood floors and the trim around the windows and doors. The kitchen floor was raised for extra storage.(5 gallon buckets fit under the floor)
FEATURES: Cubic Mini Cub marine fire place, Dickinson Marine propane heater, Iron Eagle Trailer Pad series w/ tandem 7k axels, custom epoxy countertops, 30 amp RV plug in, 1500 watt inverter for solar (batteries and solar panel not included), Unique brand 3/4 propane stove, mini fridge, small chest freezer, a very very large sink.
This home is currently a dry home, meaning it is not plumbed for running water, which could easily be changed. There is also one section that is unfinished and ready for your on personal touch... shower, composting toilet or maybe a reading nook.
Hate to see this tiny tank go... but I built it for Alaska and we are moving south. Would like to sell so we can buy some land.
