New Tiny House

New Tiny house ready to be sold off! This house was built by King Tiny Homes for my husband and I. We have been living in it for the past couple of months while adding some finishing touches and the house is ready to go to its forever owner! There are two lofts, a main sleeping loft and a storage loft that could be used for a small room if needed. The sleeping loft fits a queen bed comfortably, but could fit king if needed. Sleeping loft is accessed by stairs while extra loft is accessed by removable ladder.

We wanted the house to be pet friendly. Not pictured is the stairs and loft railings to ensure that neither your pet, nor you, tumble off.

The house includes a stainless steel fridge and freezer combo as well as a washer/dryer combo. Kitchen comes with microwave and a full size stainless steel sink with custom cabinets and a butcher block countertop. Storage space with shelving above the washer/dryer as well as extra storage space beneath the stairs.

Bathroom comes with stainless steel shower heated by tankless propane waterheater, a composting toilet with option to change to regular toilet by buyer, and sink with butcher block countertop as well as ample shelving.

House comes with a ductless ac/heating unit with remote control. House comes with couch and end table for living room and a 40 inch HD TV mounted in the sleeping loft.

We have slight bubbling in the exterior paint on our northern side only, simply due to rapid change in weather here from cold and rainy to hot. It is a simple fix of just sanding and repainting. We have fixed some, but due to the constant rain here, are unable to fix all. The price has been adjusted accordingly.

Excellent lighting throughout house as well as outdoor lighting by front door for night time use. All windows come with screens and are tempered glass to decrease chance of breakage. House measures at 8 foot 6 inches wide  by 13 feet tall and 18 feet long and is street legal and easily movable. We are willing to assist with relocation fee if needed.
