"The Hütte"

"The Hütte" is an 8ft. x 24ft. tiny house.  It is a complete weather tight shell with most of the electrical and plumbing done.  It is being sold as is.

• Interior is not finished. The photos included on the listing site are an exact representation of the interior.


• Plumbing has been started but will need to be finished by the buyer. What has been completed are the water storage tank, water heater, and the water lines are complete up to where the fixtures will go. Drainage has not been started.


• The majority of the electrical work has been done. There are a few outlets that will need to be finished.


• The exterior is vinyl siding with aluminum trim on gable ends and a metal roof. I opted for vinyl siding to save on weight and overall maintenance.


• All of the operable windows are Andersen and the one stationary window in the gable is a Pella.  Most are awning windows, two are single hung.
