Contemporary Caboose

Built by Wheelhaus in 2015. No title is available, only a Bill of Sale. Is currently hooked up to septic, electric which will soon be disconnected. Heat is electric. Only two owners but the second owner, myself, has never used it, so basically one owner which used as second vacation home. Great looking unit, has two axles and eight wheels. It is pull-able by truck as it is on wheels and a chassis. The house will need to be moved to your location. It cannot stay here on the land as Park County, CO only allows tiny homes at RV parks. There is a steep hill to get up in driveway from where it sits now. IMO, it can be done with powerful truck but I’m no expert in moving trailers so not really sure. New buyer will need to pay for moving to new location.
