Compact Tiny House ready to Roll

This is wonderful Tiny House, fully equipped and ready to live/adventure in. I had someone live in it from October 2017 until May 2018 and the only time they came inside during that entire time was during the below zero snap we had in January. The waterline is a good grade hose that has heat tape wrapped around it. It attaches to a hose spigot then attaches to the house. The outlet for the heat tape is a couple inches away. It has a instant hot water heater that runs remarkably quickly (runs on DD batteries). Both the sink and the shower work very well and the shower is fully insulated. The heater is a marine stove and it keeps the place quite toasty for up to 4 hours before it needs fed again so there is also a space heater to take the chill off and help maintain the temp. The toilet is an RV toilet and has a tank that can be emptied. However, I set it up more with a removable liner rather than storing it in the tank. The table folds up and down in order for there to be more room. There is a rod for hanging clothes, a refrigerator with a separate freeze, a toaster oven and a microwave. The sink drains to the shower and the shower drains outside. You would need a grey water tank or french drain system to deal with that. The gas is LP, like you would use for a grill and is plumbed under the house. The electricity is just a regular three prong plug into an outlet in a regular house. The windows are Anderson, Pella, and Marvin and the siding is hardy plank. The door is a solid wood core metal outside door. The flooring is laminate and the bed is a full size. The house was built on a Winnebago trailer and has a stainless steel underbelly. It is a single axle and weighs 3200 pounds full, tongue weight is 10-15% of the total weight. I was told is you want to pull it regularly you may want to upgrade the tires but I used it as an Airbnb so I did not do that. The walls are also all fully insulated there are plug-ins and a light switch for lights. The loft can be used for whatever you like...another bed or storage. I have the title.
