This Tiny House is 8 ft by 20 ft. It has an arctic entry, R20 insulation in the floor, walls and ceiling, steel roof, RV oven/stove, under-counter refrigerator, hot water tank, 25 gallon water storage tank, insulated water intake, Dickenson propane heater, Envi convection space heater, built in bench and main floor sleeping area, as well as a loft. It also has a porch and stairs specially made to fit the house. Porch not connected to the house and be can easily be un-bolted into smaller pieces for local moving.

My Tiny House has been through one Alaska winter. She's a solid, well built, tough little house that is great for full time living, but would also make a great hunting or recreational cabin, guest house, mother-in-law quarters, or for generating extra income as a rental on your property.
