Circus Wagon Vardo Tiny House

An authentic Romany Vardo. A european style circus wagon. Cedar and fine woodworking throughout. Very well insulated and the cutest little Salamander Stoves Hobbit woodstove. Woodstove cost over $1000 and was imported from England

Its 8x12 has a sink and woodstove, bed, table and seats. Lots of storage and shelves under bed. Its on a single axel trailer.

Everything is 0 VOC and all natural finishes, walnut oil, beeswax and milk paint. The floor finish is a special 0 VOC from Germany. It is insulated with cork and wool. Swiss SIGA housewrap and Cedar T&G siding. It could even be used as a Sauna. I used building science to make sure it wouldnt have condensation problems so its breathable and can let moisture out but Swiss SIGA housewrap doesnt let any moisture in. Its a one-way system.

Hardwood oak floors, handmade table with live edge cedar, black walnut and fir. Countertops are cedar with mahogany trim. I hand carved the doorknob and it's a heart. There is a birch branch as the leg under the woodstove platform.

I have moved to Asheville, NC and the axel and trailer are not substantial enough to make a trip across the country. It can be towed at 35 miles an hour or it would need to be put on another trailer to move at faster speeds. There is a sink but no running water and no bathroom.

This is my dream cabin and it took me 6 years and a lot of love and energy to build.
