Roomy 18' THOW

We are sad to let our tiny house go, but we are upgrading as it's just a bit too small with our son. We lived in this house as a couple and found it to be roomy and comfortable, even with two of us. We are aiming to sell soon. Looking for a quick, as-is sale. For more photos:

The Details:
- 8’6″x18″x13’4″ (Our interior is a full 8 feet wide, which is rare in a THOW)

The house is currently in excellent condition. There are a few cosmetic things that could be changed- painting, patching small drywall holes from where we moved shelves, recovering the couch. We could do them on our end or you can do them. One window has the outer pane broken (it doesn't leak) but it should be replaced.

Must be moved. We will bring the tiny house from its parking location to the street. From that point, it is your responsibility to move the house to your desired location. We can refer you to a tiny house shipper that is local to us. We are not liable for any damage that occurs during transport. House must be paid in full and contract signed before pick up of house.
