All electricity is done, with many outlets and lots of LED light fixtures, breaker box and RV power connection.

Plumbing is roughed in, only needs connection to faucets and shower head. Could install either regular toilet or composting toilet, up to the buyer.

Stairs to king size loft are built and include open closet and shelving. Just needs to be finished with stain or laminate flooring.
