Going inside, the home has waterproof, heavy duty LVP flooring meant for lots of use and abuse. The walls and ceiling are cabinet grade plywood. The walls have been painted and the ceiling remains raw.

The kitchen has over 8' of usable countertops and lots of storage space for dishes and plates. It also comes with a 10.1 cubic foot apartment sized fridge with freezer.
