It has laminate flooring, and ceiling is stained tongue and groove. I used some leftover to create an accent wall. Opening above wall to maximize airflow. Storage area above the porch with 3 doors for access. Vent, fan above ceiling on timer to create air flow if and when desired.
Kitchen cabinets and counters are all included. They aren't completely installed so you can change the kitchen layout if desired. If left the way it is a full size refrigerator will fit.
