UPDATE:
We have started construction again! We are just finishing with the plumbing and Propane .
We have remodeled the downstairs enclosed the shower and toilet area. Installed Blue Pine on the walls and roof of the living area and Cedar in the bathroom and kitchen area. We will have pictures posted soon , and we can send links to videos of updates after you contact us !
This is a listing for a handmade almost completed Tiny House.
It was built on a 2004 7.3L school bus. From which I cut and removed the passenger cabin and built the tiny house from a complete handmade steel frame. Insulated with 3 in of rigid foam insulation. The outside is sided with real Cedar tongue and groove siding . Inside I've completed the kitchen , most of the bathroom and upstairs bedroom. I have installed the Cabinetry, a brand new stainless steel Samsung propane range (with packaging still on it), stainless steel brand new propane refrigerator (with packaging still on it), the shower stall. I've installed the electrical system set up to run on shore power , solar , or the engine of the bus then run like a generator and also charge the batteries at the same time. When running it uses less than 1500 watts even with the heater air conditioner pump running (Heat pump/Air conditioner only included with higher cost). Fresh water has been plumbed. A new 30 gallon propane tank installed. The bus itself runs, drives, and can be a source of electrical power if needed as well. It will needs airbags (stabilizers for a smooth ride , about 800 dollars to install ) to make it a much more comfortable ride.
Things that need to be completed would include:
Running propane lines.
Hot water heater.
Railing for the deck upstairs.
Some of the down stairs wall paneling and finishing.
Downstairs flooring.
A tiny bit of siding on the outside and staining.
Solar panels attached to the roof and to the electrical system.
And some other miscellaneous details.
I would like to get $20,000 as is. There's not a lot of work left to be completed. If I was going to finish it for someone I'd need 25,000 to 29,000 depending on what kind of things yoyu are interested in me including. I.E. solar panels, propane generator, inverters, type of plumbing, ECT. It's probably worth 40 to 50,000 finished. I am in the midst of making a video which will explain all the features on Youtube.
