Bungalow style Tiny House 20' x 8'

This is a tiny house that was started by Einstyne Tiny Homes with all of the finishing touches done by me. It is on a 20' x 8' trailer with a 2' cantilever on the hitch end. The door is located on the opposite end so you enter into a galley kitchen, followed by a living area and then a spacious bathroom with sleeping loft above. The exterior height is under the 16' minimum for towing, and it has been moved a couple of times.

It was delivered to me in late 2017, completed and moved into in May of 2018, and placed in storage starting in March 2020 when I moved in with my partner. I have recently completed some upgrades and redid a few things I thought could be improved for the next occupant.

I have the title for the trailer and most records of what was done on the build. Price includes Big Chill fridge and lockers in bathroom.
