This home comes with a Full Kitchen having standard home appliances (Refrigerator/Freezer, Dishwasher, Garbage Disposal, Glass Top Oven Range, and Vent Hood). Ample cabinet space and Panty provide a place for storage, a microwave station, small appliances, utensils, cook books, or any use the buyer will need.

The Bathroom is a 3/4 Bath consisting of a 36" Stand-up Shower, exhaust fan, toilet, vanity, and single Washer/Dryer combination unit. A sky light loft is above the bath for the buyer’s choice of use.

The bedroom area has a full-size Murphy Bed, a Desk that can be easily raised when the bed is in the stored position, and a Closet. Additional drawer space is available in home.
