New 39' x 11' bumper pull tiny house trailer manufactured by Tiny House Basics. The trailer is available for pickup or delivery immediately.

The trailer is for sale for $5000 below the cost of manufacture. A significant accident changed our course to build a tiny house and we're trying to recoup a portion our funds. The trailer pictured is the one for sale.

Most states allow for up to 12' wide loads with an inexpensive oversize permit ($30-$60). The process to acquire one is very easy.
