Cedar sided 25' Tiny House on Wheels

I am selling a 25' x 8' x 13' tiny house on wheels. Beautiful cedar sided exterior. Pine wood floor. Lots of windows for natural light. Storage compartments built over the wheel wells that become a bed. One loft, with built in ladder. Instant hot water heater. Tiny house has a simple composting toilet and a simple sink/shower combo. This is not for you if you want fancy!

I built this tiny house to live in myself, but work has taking me to a dense, urban environment. Therefore I am having to sell it.

The tiny house could easily be redesigned to take a standard toilet, but at present we make do with the bare minimum.

If we correspond and this seems to be a good fit, I will be showing it to potential buyers the weeks of December 15th through 23rd. Send me a time during that period that works for you and I will send you the address the day before.

Please note that you will have to move it yourself, and no payment plans will be accepted! My current price is barely above the price of the materials that built it, I will not go any lower.
