It’s a very capable Home. Completed earlier in the year it has been tried and tested. Run solar or grid tie/ back generator. All high end, tried and tested products. 28’ long, 8.9’ wide, 13.6” tall. Approximately 345 usable sf of floor space. The trailer platform is purpose built for a tiny home situation. 2x6 construction with 1” thermasheath insulation covering the entire zip sheathed exterior. All of that is covered with standing seam steel rated for 40+ years no maintenance. Various windows and 4 skylights let plenty of light in. The solar panels are held onto the standing seam with special clamps that illuminate the need for any punctures to the steel. This is a very well insulated home.
The windows are all standard low E coated, although a thicker option for glass was used. But the interior and exterior of the windows has a special armored coating for excellent window security. Catch rainwater off the roof into the sleek gutter system. You were let into the house with an 8 foot tall, 36 inch wide, armored door. She’s solid. The front of the home house is three large propane tanks that will get you through multiple winters here in Texas. Aside from that the house is very well insulated and the air-conditioning and heating set up work well to keep the climate where needed. There is a 6000w mini split ac heater as well as a Dickinson marine propane heater which I prefer in the winter days. Smart cameras, external 120and 240v outlets (I can run my Miller welder off this beast) external hot and cold water spigots, 100gal internalized water storage, steel framed cabinets which you can panel if you’d like, hot water, large safe, 36” shower, composting toilet (wired for an incinerating as well), modern wall urinal, dual burner induction stovetop, small electric which also dehydrates, oven, counter sunk refrigerators, GE washer dryer combo, either bench seating, or put a sofa in there, Hell of a lot of loft space (hang clothes), Queen size memory foam mattress, High quality blackout shades some of them are top down bottom up. Tons of storage, farmhouse sink, outdoor spot lights on all four sides, wireless camera system, it’s just a really capable and awesome tiny if you’re looking to live in something offgrade year round or even use it as a cabin on a property. I’ve built quite a few of these and have lived in one year round for 7 years.
