Tiny Cabin for sale(32x12)

I've got a 12x32 lofted cabin I'm putting up for sale. My job has me working a full hour away from my current setup and I'm looking to make the move back to Columbus, which means I'll need to part with my little cabin. It comes with 13' sidewalls attached to a gambrel style roof, making for a full 6'+ headspace in the loft as well as beautiful vaulted ceilings throughout. It really makes the space feel much larger on the inside, which was a must for me. The loft is 12'x9' and the bathroom sits directly below. The bathroom has a 36"x60" tile shower installed, vanity, toilet and plenty of room for a washer/dryer. Electric and plumbing is also complete on this home and was professionally done.

The upper portion of the sidewalls are hinged, to fold down for shipping purposes. The house does sit on skids, so it is easily moveable.
