2 lofts (sleeps 3) custom tiny house on wheels. One of the lofts has been secured with sliding barn doors to make them totally child-safe. Larger loft fits a queen size bed (mattress included) and plenty of storage room. Smaller loft fits a toddler size bed (mattress included) or a twin size bed. There is also a couch that my toddler slept on when she didn't want to climb up the stairs.

Bathroom has a plumbed toilet and large shower. The kitchen comes outfitted with a large sink and LOTS of cabinet and countertop space, the space is customized with a 2 burner stove top and under counter refrigerator. Lots of outlets throughout the tiny house and she is RVIA certified, making insurance easy to acquire.
