This magical gypsy-wagon style tiny house was built in 2016 by the talented builder Joseph Crowell based in Oregon. It was only lived in for a few months and is in very good/excellent condition. No leaks or damage. I am relocating to Asia indefinitely, so sadly, I must let it go!
Built on a trailer, it is road worthy and ready to be taken on adventures or parked up somewhere to use at a guest cottage or Airbnb opportunity!

This cozy little tiny house is a beautiful work of art waiting for it's new special owner.
Please note, there is NO BATHROOM. No toilet or shower. I designed it that way, as it is a small space. There are nice compost toilet tents and outdoor shower options you could look into if you are wanting it to be a stationary guest home. This worked for me really well with an outdoor bath house and an inexpensive compost toilet.

You must be able to pick it up. A truck with a trailer hitch is necessary to pick up and full payment will need to be made at that time. I will consider all offers, but not consider renting or leasing.
