This beauty is from Tiny Homes ATX based out of Texas built in 2024. I purchased it and had it delivered this past December to it's current home in Monrovia, California.

This open space design allows for maximum use of every bit of space which is important in a tiny home. The original stairs didn't quite work for us so we had a custom staircase built that was more comfortable and functional. If you want to enjoy more space while hanging out below in the living room area you can easily lift the steps out of the way and bring them back down when you're ready to use them. A secure ladder option has also been added by the smaller loft for added convenience.

Several other changes have been made to the original layout including 2 additional kitchen cabinets and relocating the area for the refrigerator to behind the wall. The electric induction stove top that came with this unit was replaced with a 4 burner propane gas range due to the current electrical source that is provided by the property not being sufficient to handle the stove requirements. Nor that of the instant hot water heater that originally came with this home. I replaced it as well with a new 30 Gallon gas water heater installed beside the home.

The propane stove and gas water heater are much more energy and cost efficient.

Should you decide that you would like to swap out the propane stove for the electric range it is stored in a box in the shed.

Speaking of.. a newly built 8x10 shed is included providing ample storage space. It is also where a new washer and electric dryer are located. They aren't currently hooked up as we had decided to sell the home before we ever needed to use them.

The lofts can be used as bedrooms or office space both come with added cube storage shelves with storage boxes that are not yet shown in the photos. Each loft has a skylight for added natural light and cell shades to darken the space when desired.

A retractable screen door was installed allowing for
fresh air to flow in while keeping the bugs out. There is 1 dedicated off street parking beside the home and additional free street parking.

The added porch awning adds a comfortable place to relax outside without the sun beating down on you on hot days and provides great coverage when it's raining.

Both the kitchen and bathroom have exhaust fans. The tiled shower has a large shower head and a removable shower wand.
