About

**Howdy! So I rented it out last year while I traveled and the tenant caused a bit of damage to the interior. Right now I'm deciding if I want to go ahead and make the repairs, or if I want to lower the price since I have several other projects I'm working on. It needs:

- Cabinet doors (A bit of wood, a table saw, and the paint color of your choice and you're golden)
- Replacement vent fans (That's something I'll probably just do since it's quick and easy)
- New wood stove pipe (Easy fix but I'm considering switching to propane, might as well see what the buyer wants)
- New shower walls (Not difficult but I realllly don't want to do it haha. I haven't been using the shower inside, I built an exterior outdoor shower so there's no water damage)
- Grey Water (possibly). I have a grey water tank mounted underneath but to avoid a muddy mess when I empty it I've plumed the kitchen sink to empty into a container in the cabinet underneath so I can freely water different plants around the property. Not an issue, just matter of preference!

Other than that she's in good shape. Everything with the engine is tip top, drives like a dream.
