Completely set up in Stone Oak Ranch RV Resort Georgetown TX. Lot rent is $779/month and includes garbage, all water and sewer. Only pay for electric. We've only used this occasionally (instead of a hotel) when visiting our sons in Texas (we live in Florida) so it is in like new condition. The resort is new and has a pool and club house. Very friendly place.
