This particular unit was designed by the owner of the company as his personal model,  The home is 8x20 and is designed for off the grid living.  The unit has a sleeping loft with a futon pad as well as a siting area with a futon pad.  Upgrades to the base include a composting toilet at a cost of $1,000.00 and a propane operated refrigerator by Unquie, a $1,100.00 upgrade.  The unit is truly designed for off grid living.  Powered by solar panels (500 watts) which powers the TV, Internet, etc…  The unit is well insulated, easily being comfortable in 35 degree weather.  Owner ran propane heat till bedtime and unit was quite comfortable all night long.  Unit has a water hookup that can be run through the spigot, by attaching a water hose to it, or can be hooked to a rain water barrel.  Unit has an On Demand water tank which runs off of propane.  The tiny house if RIVA certified.  Unit is on wheels and fully mobile.

 

Asking price is $35,000.00.  Buyer pays 1/2 upfront to hold the tiny house, and the remainder at time of taking possession.  Buyer ir responsible for picking up and/or shipping of the house and providing proof on insurance on the house.  When the unit leaves the property, buyer accepts all liability. Unit is sold as is, no returns will be accepted.  Accepted forms of payment will include case, wire transfer or certified check.
