vintage house trailer

This vintage 1953 Anderson travel trailer would make an excellent tiny house, guest house or camping trailer. Could also be a mobile store or food truck. The trailer is very original but does need to be restored. It has very nice wood art deco interior design. This sixty-two year old house trailer is 29 feet long, 8 feet wide and weighs approximately 6400 lbs. The kitchen has a double sink, a period refrigerator, add lots of cabinets and drawers. The bathroom has a toilet, sink and shower. Past the bathroom, there is a back bedroom. The bed is at the rear of the trailer with storage closets. It has high vents on the wall are very effective at cooling the trailer. The sub floor is solid but the floors will have to be redone. it has all original cabinets. It has all of the original windows but some need repair. There is water damage to some of the interior paneling do to open or leaking windows. it also had a leak at the swamp cooler. it has a front and back door both with round windows. the wall near the front door has issues and well need some work. this trailer spent its whole life on a property in palmdale used as a guest house. it has all new wheels and tires. original wheels also included. it has a vintage swamp cooler that was removed for transport. includes ca black plate but has not been registered for many years. sold with a bill of sale only. very affordable tiny house or guest house or vintage trailer for rallies even with the work that will need to be done. $2600 or best offer.
